In this project we had to take seven pictures of seven different prompts. This challenged us to be creative with our photography and to look at things from a different angle.
The wood bark in the foreground creates depth in the image showing that the sprout is further in the photo instead of looking flat and 2D.
To convey drama I lowered my exposure to create a contrast in light then changing the settings on the camera made the lighting bluish looking to give the photo an eerie feeling.
To capture solitude I took a photo of someone sitting alone with no one around.
A took a panning photo to show motion. The car is in focus but the background is blurry making tho car look like it’s going fast.
Photographing in black and white helps show the subject better without all the colors distracting the viewers focus.
To break photography rules I increased the ISO to create a more noisy soft photo giving the overall photo a film look to it.
For a photo using reflection I chose to take a photo of the sunset through my car’s mirror to create an interesting composition.
